On Tuesday, May 11, six members and one guest enjoyed a beautiful day in an amazing, seven-acre rhododendron garden that was in
full bloom! Whitney Gardens was established over 65 years ago, and displays a large collection of hybrid rhododendrons set
among trees, ponds, and a very large wisteria that was also in full bloom! The garden also includes an abundance of azaleas,
magnolias, maples, camellias, and perennials. Members enjoyed the day, the company and friendship of the club members, and
found rhododendrons and other perennials for their gardens!
